Dear Guest,
We are delighted to welcome you to our marina! To ensure a pleasant stay for you and your fellow travelers, please take a moment to read our marina rules and guidelines.
Mooring Instructions
- The Harbor Master (HM) will assign you a designated mooring based on your boat's size.
- If the HM is temporarily unavailable, you may use an available mooring marked PASSANTEN.
- The HM reserves the right to relocate your boat if necessary.
Fees & Payment
- Overnight stay: €2.00 per running meter (l.o.a.) per day, rounded up to the nearest 0.5 meters.
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
- Extended stay: Every additional night starts at 2:00 PM.
- Payment: You will receive a receipt, which also serves as proof of access to the marina and its facilities.
Electricity
- Free for small domestic appliances (e.g., coffee machines, refrigerators).
- Prohibited: Washing machines, dryers, and heating devices (our power system cannot support them).
- A CEE plug is required; the HM can lend you one for a €25 deposit (refundable upon return).
Sanitary Facilities
- Showers & Toilets: Located in the gray sanitary building.
- Cost: €1 for 5 minutes (coin-operated).
- Please leave the showers clean and dry after use.
Marina Access & Security
- Gate hours: 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM.
- After-hours access: You may exit the marina, but you will need an access code to re-enter (available from the HM).
- Quiet hours: Please respect others and avoid noise at night.
- The premises are well-lit at night and monitored by CCTV.
Environmental Guidelines
- Household waste must be bagged and disposed of in the designated waste container near the Redershuis.
- No disposal of chemicals, used oil, or batteries – these must be taken to an official disposal site.
- For waste disposal questions, consult the HM.
Pets
- Dog walking area: On the dyke parallel to the marina.
- Clean-up required: Any pet waste must be collected in a plastic bag and disposed of in the designated container.
- Leash rule: Dogs must be kept on a leash in the marina and Redershuis.
Shopping & Public Transport
- Poelmarkt Shopping Center (10 min walk): Supermarket, post office, butcher, off-license, pharmacy, ATM, snack bar, and a Chinese restaurant.
- Lisse town center (20 min walk): Larger selection of shops and restaurants.
- Bus stop (at Poelmarkt): Routes to Haarlem, Leiden, and Noordwijk beach (buses every 30 minutes).
- Nearest train stations: Hillegom, Nieuw-Vennep, Sassenheim.
Important Rules
🚲 No cycling within the marina.
🐶 Dogs must be walked in the designated area only.
🗑 Household waste must be disposed of in the proper container.
💧 Do not use fresh water to rinse your boat.
🚽 Onboard toilets may NOT be used in the marina.
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the marina.
