Dear guest, Welcome to our Marina!
To make your stay enjoyable, here are the Marina's Rules and Regulations for you, your family and friends. Please read it carefully.

APPOINTING and MOORING
The Harbor Master (HM) will appoint you to a designated mooring, according to the size of your boat. At his absence you’re permitted to use a free mooring signed: PASSANTEN.

However, the HM has the right to inform you to move your boat to another mooring, if needed.

COSTS OF YOUR STAY
The cost for one overnight stay is 2,00 Euro per running meter per day, rounded to 0.5 meters. Checkout time is 12.00 am. If you would like to stay longer the next day changes at 14.00 (2.00pm). You will receive a receipt from the HM, which is simultaneously proof that you have the right to enter and use the facilities of the Marina.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Electricity: It's free to use electricity for small domestic chores. The use of washing machines, dryers and/or heating is not permitted. Our fuses can’t handle it. For the use of electricity you need a CEE plug. The HM is happy to lent you one .Deposit € 25,00. Refundable upon return.
Showers and Toilets: There are 4 showers and 4 toilets(2xLadies; 2xGents).

The showers are located in the grey coloured building on the premises. Costs: €1 for 5 minutes (coinmachine). Please make sure after use to wipe dry the surfaces and do not leave any personal belongings.

OPENINGHOURS MARINA
The entrance is open from 08.00am till 21.30pm. You can leave the Marina outside these hours but you need an access code to get back in. Ask the HM for the access code. Please respect other guests and don't make noise at night time. The premises are illuminated at night and there is CCTV at several points. In general, it is appreciated for our guests not to be annoyed by loud music and/or high volume TV programs.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
Our community is under strict environmental laws. Please clean up before , during and after your stay. Household rubbish needs to be deposited in a closed garbage bag at the 'Redershuis'. Chemicals, used oil, batteries, etc. will NOT be taken in. If you have any questions regarding the recycling of your rubbish, please ask the HM.

PETS
Please take care of your pets appropriately. For their sanitary needs you can walk your dog on the dyke, located parallel to the premises. The entrance is located on the right hand side of the HM office and at the main Entrance at the end of the Marina. If there's an 'accident', please remove this immediately by depositing 'it' in a suitable plastic bag and put in the appointed rubbish container.

SHOPPING
Within a 10 minute walk is a small shopping center 'Poelmarkt' for your daily needs:. You will find a Supermarket, Postoffice, Butcher, Off License, Pharmacy, ATM, a snackbar and a Chinese restaurant. A larger shopping facility is located in LISSE ‐ a mere 20 minute walk.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
At the 'Poelmarkt' is a busstop. A timetable of every 30 minutes is available for destinations such as Haarlem and Leiden. There is also a bus connection to the beaches of Noordwijk and ‘Langevelderslag'. Nearest train stations are located in the villages of Hillegom, Nieuw Vennep and Sassenheim.

Last but not least and a little reminder

* It is not permitted to ride a bike on the premises.
* Walking the dog is only allowed at the allocated area.
* Household rubbish to be deposited in the appointed rubbish containers.
* One does not use water to rinse off your boat.
* It is not permitted to use onboard toilets whilst staying at the Marina.

Please obey these rules at all times. If this is not correctly followed, the Management has the right to remove you and your company of the premises with immediate notice.
